  1. I love your pictures from Mt. Sinai. I know so many people use this word too often, but it is spectacular, indeed!

I know what you mean cus I heard that so many times about the hike, but it just really is spectacular. Glad you like it Bama, thanks!

  2. Good info on Dahad and the tours. I’m wondering so much abt Egypt and wanted so much to go myself but a good fren of mine (F) were there last year and she was really disappointed. She on backpacking. Almost everyday she had an argument with the Egyptian. Too much harassment & pestering according to her. All her comments put me off and all your’s comments ( do u realise, u wrote more than 20 blogs abt Egypt) make me wanted to go. I’m torn in between 🙁

June if you can go you should go. Now is the time… not only is it very safe, everything is very cheap. So many people don’t like it, but you have to get past the tourist areas to really love it. I spent over 5 months there and could give you so many tips on where to go and what to see. Wow… I had no clue I wrote that much about Egypt. When you plan on going please MESSAGE me. I will help you plan!!! I love it so much and want more people to visit, because right now not many people are visiting.

      • oohhhh…..Jamie. u making me wanna to book my flight and just go but unfortunately, not this year. For sure, i will messages you when i’m going. Actually, i try to save & concreate more for my Central & South America trip in coming 2 yrs…It could be nice if we are partner in crime in SA…hihihiihi

Yes do it… do it… do it!!! I understand though putting many plans on hold to make the bigger ones happen. Oh you will love Central America… spent almost 4 months down there so yes again if you need anything let me know. I didn’t make it to S. America and am not sure when I will, but its on my MUST DO list. I wanna spend a year there… visiting every corner I possibly can.

          • yes, I will DO IT!!!! Is that hard to travel in CA without speaking Spanish. I can’t speak a word of it….

  3. I love this post, Jaime!! I’m so happy you got to see and do so much in Dahab this time around. I know you must… you lived in beautiful Dahab for so long! Ah I’m so happy I saw more of it and it’s surroundings. It really has so much to offer. I hope people read this post and visit Egypt and well Dahab of course.

  4. You know, if/when I get to Egypt, I’m totally hitting you up for advice. These look like great tours, although I’m definitely NOT in decent shape, so I’m not sure I could handle the Mount Sinai hike, but maybe someday.

Yes Ali hit me up… omg I will help you plan it all. I so wanna help people visit Egypt… I just love it so much!!! Oh & yes you could so hike it… the good thing is you plenty of time to get up there so you are in NO RUSH and take MANY breaks on the way up.

  5. The Mount Sinai tour was a deeply moving experience for me. I think it would appeal to even the non-religious. I did it for sunrise, and there was such a peace that came from climbing up in the dark.
