Anyone who meets me knows I love music. I love all types… ummm okay I love most types of music. For me its about the lyrics and what it is the artist is talking about or what message they are trying to convey. I love to dissect a song and its lyrics completely. Every Monday I want to post a song that either inspires me, makes me think about the world we live in, motivates me to always be who I am or may be something I was feeling at some point. It will be a great mix of different types of music and hope it will also do the same for you. I love to think that music captures what so many of us may be feeling or want to say, but don’t know how.

WHY I PICKED IT – Read the lyrics… listen to the song, this is how I have been feeling for a while. I’m still so in love with him it’s crazy & it hurts. This song just says everything I have been feeling since I left Egypt and returned home. I don’t want petty I am just sharing this because I know it’s been a while since I shared a song for Music Monday and think this one is a great one. I love the soulfulness Alicia Keys puts into the lyrics. Hope you enjoy the song and if you can relate to it like I can I apologize in advance.
I admire you Jaime. Really. I can relate to your feelings and i think you must be quite strong, despise your tears, to endure such pain every day. All i can do is just virtually hug you and hope that you will feel a bit better with time.
