Visiting Penguins at the end of the world in photo!!!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeee is the only thing I could think of!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeee was the only thing crossing my mind when I landed on an island full of penguins.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

Everywhere… all around me were penguins. They were laying there not moving, they were waddling around, they were swimming, they were real. Then the tour guide said, “and there you can see 2 of the 4 king penguins in the island”. It was surreal. I couldn’t believe it. I had been wanting to see penguins up close and personal since I arrived to South America and it was finally happening. I was even able to see KING PENGUINS!!!

While you’re in Ushuaia you only have one option to get off on the island full of penguins & it’s not cheap, but worth it. It is the Piratour agency and the tour includes transportation to and from the island, admission to a the maritime museum and a stop to see the famous flag trees. It was $107 & even though that’s so expensive it was an experience I’ll never forget. I can go on, but honestly I’m not lying when I tell you that I couldn’t believe it and that the only thing crossing my mind was EEEEEEEEEeeeeeeee. Literally the entire hour I was on the island I just kept smiling and thinking that. So I’ll let my photos speak for me and hope they make you go EEEEEeeeee too!!!

Aren’t they just fucking adorable??? I honestly wanted to steal one, but then thought, “yeah what would I do with it”. I do wish I could have hugged one but you must stay at least a meter away from them at all times. So did you go EEEEeeeeee jaja??? I’m such a dork I know, but I can’t help my excitement sometimes.

Jajaj thanks Yulita. OMG us humans should be like that too, but most of us just can’t be. I know when I’m in a relationship that is the one for me and well am monogamous until its over. I would say forever but I havent been with someone forever so yeah…lol. Oh you’re in Indonesia… i think I will be visiting that this year.

Jajajaja Gilda they are just so fucking cute…. I couldn’t get over them. Yes they are just there going about their business and dont even mind us there… we are very careful to stay on a certain trail to not intervene with them and their lives.

  3. OMG I would cry if I saw penguins in their natural habitat. I was happy to see them at a zoo, but look at them!!! Ahh! The king penguins look so majestic. Nature is the best designer, they look so stylish. Life mates… well maybe I can reincarnate as a penguin… dating sucks hahaha. What an awesome experience, Jaime!
