Photo Round Up – Week 13

This week is a tad different. I actually had 5 decent pictures with me in them so decided to be in all 5 of this weeks photos. This is all thanks to traveling with Erika & Shaun from Over Yonderlust. Its nice to have a personal photographer traveling with you & taking pictures of you with your camera.

5 photo round up of what I saw/did this week.

Hope you all enjoy them.

A shot of me in front of one of the Mayan Ruins in Palenque, Mexico.

A shot of me looking over the Mayan Ruins of Palenque from atop of one of the structures. I spent a while just sitting there thinking of how life must of been for the Mayans in their prime. It was an impressive city they built.

A shot of me at the waterfalls Agua Azul. It is about 1.5hrs from Palenque. I spent the day there swimming, jumping, diving & swinging into the river. The water was freezing cold, but amazing and so clear.

A shot of me looking over the central plaza of the Mayan ruins of Tikal. The more ruins I see the more I am impressed how amazing & sophisticated the Mayans were. P.S. My shorts are rolled up because I was tired of having to pick them up as they would get caught on my knew while climbing.

A shot of me a top of one of the temples at the Mayan ruins of Tikal. In the background you can see how thick and big the jungle is that the ruins are located it. Also if you look closely to the right you can see the tops of other Tikal ruins.
