5 photo round up of what I saw/did this past week.
Hope you all enjoy them.

Nothing amazing about this photo, but I had to share it because it’s something I just learned about Cairo. So here it’s hard to find beer or liquor and they can only be bought at the liquor stores (understandable). So they don’t sell ay of this at the supermarket but will deliver it straight to your door if you can and place an order. I’ve never had beer or liquor delivered to me. OMG I LOVE IT!!!

I shot this photo while walking to Tahrir Sq. with my boyfriend after they announced the winner of the 1st ever free presidential elections in Egypt. I’ll never forget that walk it was so special and so surreal.

I know I shared 60 photos from Tahrir Sq after the historical moment, but have two more I wanna share. I love this one because it’s a martyrs mother holding her sons photo and everyone paying their respects. Over 800 lives were taken through out the revolution and to see one of the mothers with tears is something I’ll never forget. It nice to see they didn’t die in vein and I still hope the new president does a job well done!

I like this one because the 3 guys are just sitting there so calmly as the celebration on the ground is at top speed.

I love walking through downtown Cairo. I’ve mention before that it’s a natural sepia no matter where you look, ut I also love how old some of the buildings look.

Thanks Kent, I know I still can’t believe it!
I stumbled on your site by chance and loved your photos. I especially loved the down town Cairo, the building on the right is lovely. Looks very ancient, a rare site here in Kenya. Would love to visit Egypt in the near future.
