Music Monday – Days Go By

Anyone who meets me knows I love music. I love all types… ummm okay I love most types of music. For me its about the lyrics and what it is the artist is talking about or what message they are trying to convey. I love to dissect a song and its lyrics completely. Every Monday I want to post a song that either inspires me, makes me think about the world we live in, motivates me to always be who I am or may be something I was feeling at some point. It will be a great mix of different types of music and hope it will also do the same for you. I love to think that music captures what so many of us may be feeling or want to say, but don’t know how.

WHY I PICKED IT – If it wasn’t for my counter (up on the left) I wouldn’t have known I have been traveling for over 50 days. If it wasn’t for this blog I know I wouldn’t ever know what day of the week it is. I hardly ever know the actual date, but because I have certain things that must be posted on certain days I know the days. So why did I pick this song, because days really just go by and “it is all we have been given, so you better start living right now”. Just last night I realized that April is over in a week. That means I have about a month and 2 weeks to make it to Cancun for my brothers wedding and I still have a lot I wanna see. The thing is even though I am thinking about those things I am not stressing about them because I am living right now and loving it. So come on don’t let your days go by, grab life by it’s horns and live it!!!
